If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason you may return them within 30 days from the invoice date.  The purchaser must first contact TheatreChairsDirect.ca to receive an RGA # (Returned Goods Authorization #) and is responsible for returning the product using their own insured shipping.  Boxing, packaging material and insurance coverage for damage of any items to be returned for repair will be the responsibility of the customer. 

Upon receipt of the return shipment,  TheatreChairsDirect.ca will inspect the product for any damaged, mis-use, neglect or abuse and upon a satisfactory inspection will issue a full refund (minus original freight costs). Please note that any orders shipped back collect will be refused.

Complete Limited Warranty and Legal Terms:  TheatreChairsDirect.ca warrants this product against defects in workmanship and materials to the original purchaser only.  If there is a defect in workmanship or materials, purchaser may return the item to TheatreChairsDirect.ca at the purchaser’s expense, and TheatreChairsDirect.ca will repair the defective product.  Repaired product will be returned to the purchaser at purchaser’s expense.  Service call, pickup and delivery or handling charges are not included in this warranty.

The interlocking hardwood plywood frames have a Five Year Warranty to be free from manufacturing defects under normal conditions.  Our foam cores come with a One Year Warranty against defect under normal use.  Please do not confuse loss of foam resiliency with softness, as all foam will soften and compress with normal use and age.  It is normal for foams to soften and have up to 1.5” impression.  The reclining mechanism has a Five Year Warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use.  Motion motors have a Three Year Parts Replacement Warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use.   Leather has a One Year Warranty against seam failures.  The natural beauty of leather means that no two pieces of leather are exactly alike, as such; natural markings and grain variations are not considered defects. 

Note: TheatreChairsDirect.ca disclaims all liability for fading damage due to unhygienic conditions, damages made by spills such as wine, dyes, acids, corrosive chemicals, ink, paint, body fluids, bends, burns, tears, cuts, pet damage, dirt, incidental or consequential damage of any type or nature. 

Limits and Exclusions: TheatreChairsDirect.ca products are designed for a maximum user weight of 300-350 pounds, please check your specific model for its limits.  Exceeding the maximum weight may cause permanent damage to the recline mechanism and/or other components of the chair. Any such damage is deemed to be user abuse and is not covered.  This Limited Warranty shall be void if in the sole discretion of TheatreChairsDirect.ca the defect was caused by accident, misuse and improper or unauthorized service, alteration or tampering or commercial application.

Caution: Do not allow children to play on the mechanized furniture or operate the mechanism.  Leg rests fold down on closing so that a child could possibly be injured.  Always leave in an upright and closed position and keep hands and feel clear of mechanism.  Only the occupant should operate it.  PLEASE NOTE: Registration of the Theatre Chairs is required to receive the warranty coverage.
